Marina was great very helpful. We charterd a boat from there. The big eye. Had a blast. Never stayed at the motel can't tell you about that
The room was so clean when we checked in and the staff was amazingly friendly! It's an awesome location right on the sound where you can watch the ships come in and out. I absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a unique and cool atmosphere!
No better place to stay if you are fishing with a boat out of their marina. Not many rooms so book early unless is the off, off, off season. But, even then you have to call to make sure they are not doing winter maintenance. Also if you will be after 5pm, make arrangements to get in. My room #3 had just been through winter maintenance and was spotless, but they forgot to put any trash cans in there except the bathroom.
Great views, convenient for people just passing through. Room was clean and had a little kitchen. Bathroom was also clean, shower/tub combo. Deck on the back with water and ocean views. Has a great little restaurant next door, but be there right when they open because it’s a very popular place.
Service was awesome and very courteous and kind. The rooms were very clean and well kept. When we told the front desk of our situation, they were very understanding and kind about the whole thing. 10 out 10 definitely recommend.
My son and grandson spent the week here, had a wonderful time, great rooms, great location, awesome staff. my next vacation I will be staying here.
Had a great time here. Located right on NC Highway 12 and easy to find. Efficiencies were much nicer than expected, and there are even laundry facilities downstairs that are open 24/7. Approximately a 20-minute walk to the beach, Hatteras Harbor was a perfect place to use as base camp for beach excursions. Be prepared to sleep through a little bit of noise in the early mornings when the fishing boats leave the marina, or use it as an alarm clock to get up and head to the beach early to find a perfect spot on the sand. Overall had a great and pleasant stay.
Great place to stay and enjoy the boats coming in and going out. We also fished with the Native Son and caught a blue marlin during our stay, what a fight it was.
